Bio
Luke Iannone was born in West Islip on Long Island, New York. Homeschooled since birth, and raised in a Christian household, Luke always tried to find the opportunity to help the people around him. At 12 years old, he joined the Civil Air Patrol, a youth auxiliary of the USAF, and helped the Long Island communities around him in volunteer service. From the Civil Air Patrol came a natural desire to lead, and to work with people in teams, a skill which came in handy when Luke enrolled in Farmingdale State College in New York in the Interaction Design program.

Upon Luke's freshman year of College, Covid-19 lockdowns began. Luke took this as an opportunity to hone his skills in craftsmanship and hobby artwork and models. As the lockdowns eased up, in-person classes began, and Luke began engaging with his classmates and other people to conduct research in the field of Interaction/User-Experience Design. Through the many projects he worked on during his first 3 years, he loved doing graphic design, despite falling short due to having no design experience. But he found that his favorite part of design was why the design was being made, and who it was made for. Essentially, Luke likes talking with people to find out the 'why,' the 'how,' the 'what,' the 'who,' and more. Research became his favorite part of design.

Luke has graduated from Farmingdale State College in the spring of 2024, while working at 3 jobs, with a degree in Interaction Design, and plans to seek work in the field of UX Research.
